Last year (2022), we trained over 160 university students (from Arusha and Dar es salaam universities) on Leadership and Communication skills to promote their skills and knowledge in self-employment and employability. This year, we invited six of them to join us in training secondary schools student along with us. We were amazed on their capacity and knowledge in strengths and shadows as related to leadership and communication.
Dr Steve Mortenson, who travelled to Tanzania in 2022 to train university student said he was excited to see how the previous students turned into potential teachers in this years’ project.
