We never do it by ourselves!
During our leadership and emotional intelligence training in Kiteto last week, we were onboarding different stakeholders from government and non-government sector to join us and share experience with the beneficiaries. The included Education Officers, District Community Development Officers, District Social Welfare Officers, Police Gender and Children desk, teachers, etc
Although they all attended training, we considered organizing the evaluation workshop with them to discuss how training went including challenges, lessons, recommendations and way forward.
The workshop was as productive as stakeholders shared an incredible useful and constructive feedback. One of the collective commitments was to give chance for club members to train other students on what they learnt from our session.
