Our Manyara youth agenda taskforce shall play a very big role on achieving our three years safeguarding and child protection strategy! They represent their wards and they will be acting as our ambassadors. With digitalized world, we have considered capacitating them on digital security in order to be able to stay safe online and keep the community safe as well including adolescent girls. Online abuse is apparently going higher and higher These young people attended three days’ training as as a motive, they have been prepared to safely use digital platforms to advocate for gender equality in the upcoming ’16 days of activism against sexual/gender based violence later this month.
